Do you have a device fee for damaged or unreturned items?

All students were given a receipt after turning in devices during our end of year collection days. Receipts were individualized and printed on either yellow or pink paper. 

In case your student lost their receipt, feel free to check with our finance secretary to make sure your student does not have any holds for either technology items not returned, such as the device, case, or BOTH pieces of the charger.

Holds were also placed on devices with damage. Every machine was inspected prior to collection by staff members and its condition was noted on the receipt. We will be mailing out reminder receipts to those students who returned a  DAMAGED device. 

If your student failed to return their district issued device please note that the fee would be considered a LOST device plus the cost of the charger. 

All students were required to turn in their device per DOT. Summer school students will be using Chromebooks and will not be reassigned their MacBook.

All MacBooks are being re-imaged and erased. MacBooks not returned are in the process of being locked, rendering them unusable. Please return those to Ms. Petersen our finance secretary ASAP. Our AP's will be making calls home to get those in. A delay in return means your students' device will not be ready for use once the 24-25 school year begins.
