What can I expect upon arrival with my child to the immunization clinic?
Upon arrival, you will check in at our registration table. Each parent or guardian will receive paperwork to complete for each of your children receiving immunizations and the required shots needed for your child will be verified.
After completing your paperwork, you will be directed to a table to pay for your child’s immunizations or to present your Medicaid or CHIP information. Cash and checks only are accepted. No one will be turned away for an inability to pay.
Once payment is received, children will be seen for their immunizations. After receiving vaccinations, your child will be asked to sit in the waiting area for up to 10 minutes to ensure there are no adverse reactions to the immunizations prior to your departure.  
During the waiting period, parents or guardians will be asked to complete a satisfactory survey.
