SchoolDude’s MaintenanceDirect is the work order management solution the District utilizes that allows users to manage the work order process from request to completion.  The program date stamps every entry into the system so its history is documented.  It also provides reply information with every change in the status of the work order.  SchoolDude's MaintenanceDirect is to be used for all maintenance requests to the Operations Maintenance Department. 

Technology work order requests are currently being entered through Footprints.

Getting Started:  

Your principal or department head's authorization is required to become a SchoolDude MaintenanceDirect user.  (The number of users at each site is limited to 2-3 employees).  Please follow this link for the SchoolDude Access Form.  Please fill it out and email it as directed on the form.

Once Access Is Granted:
