2022-2023 is my 5th year as the dyslexia teacher at Westcliff.  I have also taught 1st grade and 3rd grade language arts, and I love helping kids to read!  Reading opens up so many doors. I am a native Texan who grew up in Arlington. I love to read, quilt, and ride a 4-wheeler. My husband and I have two amazing sons and one lovely daughter-in-law, and through them we proudly support the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Alabama Crimson Tide.

My name is Jess Fogarty and I started as a speech-language pathologist at Westcliff in 2020. I was born and raised in Indiana and I love to travel there on breaks! In my spare time I love to spend time with friends and family, watch Netflix, and dance. If you ever want to have a dance party, swing by my room!

I am so excited to continue learning with and from all the wonderful students, parents, and staff this year!

This is my 28th year in education. My passion is to support teachers, so we can work together to help students grow, be successful, and reach their full potential.  I am married to a wonderful man named Mickey, I have five amazing children, and four beautiful little grandchildren.  I love spending time outside, especially biking and hiking.  I enjoy reading and spending time with my family...especially Game Night!
