Mrs. English loves children! She taught in the general education classroom in Kindergarten and Fifth grades. She loved teaching students with disabilities in her classroom. Mrs. English earned a Master's degree from Texas Christian University in Educational Administration because she thought she wanted to be a principal. But, she fell in love with teaching all over again and stayed in the classroom. Eventually, Mrs. English longed to work only with students with disabilities, so she earned another Master's degree in Special Education from the University of North Texas. Now, she is happy to talk to parents and teachers and work with students of all abilities! She has a family who loves traveling and going to sports activities. Her son is in high school, her daughter is in middle school and they live in Fort Worth. Mrs. English loves to work with parents and children to find out how they can best be supported in their educational journey. She also loves to be around kids and thinks they are hilarious.
